The Park Introduce

Welcome to The Park, formerly known as Grand Prix, an amusement center listed in the Theme Park Directory, located at 333 N Bedford Rd, Mt Kisco, NY 10549, USA. Please note that a phone number is not provided in the available information.

Environment: The Park is described as a good-sized venue with a lot of activity. It appears to be a place where kids can release energy. One positive review mentioned the presence of plenty of staff around.

Features: The features of The Park include arcade games, as indicated by a machine for tickets. It was also previously known as Grand Prix, suggesting it may have offered go-karting or similar activities in the past, though this is not confirmed under the new management. There is also an ice cream machine on-site.

Services: Reviews regarding services are mixed. One customer praised the young male staff for their amazing interaction with children and found the counter staff to be excellent, patient, and informative. However, a more recent review following a change in ownership reported a horrible experience. This included a wrong food order that was not rectified, a party planner/coordinator who was mostly absent and rushed the party out, no cleanup between food and cake until a manager was involved, and drinks arriving very late. The employees were reportedly blaming new management based in California. A significant issue noted was that the machines, including those for ice cream and arcade tickets, were not accepting cards, and the ATM was also not working, making it a cash-only venue at the time of the review.

Promotional Information: The Park was previously known as an awesome entertainment spot under the name Grand Prix and was highly recommended for birthday parties. It was seen as a wonderful place for kids to release energy, with amazing young male staff and excellent counter service. However, recent changes in management have led to negative experiences, including issues with food orders, party coordination, cleanliness, and payment methods (cash only due to non-functional card readers and ATM). Local users in Mt Kisco should be aware of these recent reports when considering The Park for events like birthday parties. While it was once highly recommended, the current service and operational issues seem to be a concern. It may be wise to inquire about the current management, payment options, and service standards before planning a visit or event. The positive aspects of the venue's size and potential for kids' entertainment should be balanced against the reported negative changes in service and functionality.

The Park in Mt Kisco, NY, formerly Grand Prix, is a good-sized amusement center with arcade games and potential for kids to release energy. While past experiences were positive regarding staff and suitability for parties, recent reviews under new management indicate significant issues with service, organization, and a cash-only payment policy due to non-functional card machines and ATM.

This place is not huge but a good size. A lot of activity and plenty of staff around. I watched the staff interact with the children. The young men were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised. Counter staff were excellent, patient, and informative. The only issue was that the machines were not accepting cards, only cash. This included an ice cream machine and a machine for tickets for the arcade games. Even the ATM was not working. Other than that, this is a wonderful place for kids to release energy.

6 months ago we were here when it was Grand Prix and were immediately fans. We were here recently 9/7/23 for a birthday party and were informed it changed hands and the experience was horrible. Every employee blamed new management trying to run things from a CA office. All I know is I highly recommend the venue for a birthday party and was totally embarrassed how the mom was being treated. They gave her the wrong food order and would NOT change it. The party planner/coordinator was MIA except to tell her she had 20 minutes to get out. Never cleaned up between food and cake till we got ahold of a manager. We ended up requesting a new person which was only received for clean up. The drinks came so late the kids were filling their cups via the outside fountain. I told the parents to send an email to cooperate because they really are destroying what was once an awesome entertainment spot. Experiences like these are why I don't do these kid of outside birthday partys.

Fun for all. We like everything here, from the arcade to the obstacle course to the go-cart, even the new place that opened inside is great (Roam Further). There's a lot to say about this place, you have to come to experience it. The food is great too.

Probably the safest gym one could find. This is a vary large space with very high ceilings and lots of filtered moving air brought in from outside. Everything has been spaced out nicely. Management is strict with safe distancing and mask wearing. No exceptions. No guarantees in life but personally feel safe here.
