The Rush Funplex Introduce

Welcome to The Rush Funplex, located at 7323 Jordan Landing Blvd, West Jordan, UT 84084, USA. As an amusement center listed in the Theme Park Directory, The Rush Funplex offers a range of activities including go-karts, mini-golf, bumper cars, and an arcade.

Environment: The Rush Funplex features a variety of entertainment zones, including go-kart tracks, a mini-golf course, an area for bumper cars (specifically mentioned for kids), and a large arcade. The presence of neon lights is noted, which one reviewer found distracting. The overall environment aims to provide diverse entertainment options within a single location.

Services: The Rush Funplex offers access to its various attractions through passes, with one reviewer spending $100 on passes for teenage boys for three hours. They also have an arcade that requires credits, with one visit incurring a $60 expense for arcade games. Food is available for purchase, but one customer reported a very slow service (40-minute wait for nachos) and poor quality (cold nacho cheese) at a high price ($8 for a nacho platter). Self-service kiosks are available for purchasing arcade cards, but there are reports of them not working for multi-card purchases, although single card purchases seemed to function. The rewards counter service in the arcade was also reported to have issues with basic subtraction.

Features: Key features of The Rush Funplex include go-karts, mini-golf, kid bumper cars (which were found fun and of decent value by one reviewer), and a large arcade with a wide selection of games. However, a significant issue reported is that approximately half of the arcade games were broken during one customer's visit. The arcade utilizes a card system for credits, and there were issues reported with losing credits on "working games."

Promotional Information: The Rush Funplex is presented as a place with enough to entertain teenage boys for a few hours. The go-karts, mini-golf, and kid bumper cars were described as fun enough and potentially a decent value. However, potential local users in West Jordan should be aware of significant concerns raised in customer reviews. These include potentially high costs (over $160 spent for three hours of activities and arcade for two people), long waiting lines for popular attractions, a high number of broken arcade games, malfunctioning self-service kiosks (for multi-cards), and poor quality, overpriced, and slow food service. While some aspects like the go-karts and mini-golf might be enjoyable, the overall experience seems to be marred by issues with the arcade and food service. Local users considering The Rush Funplex from the Theme Park Directory should weigh the potential for fun in some areas against the reported negative experiences in others.

Based on customer reviews, The Rush Funplex in West Jordan, UT, listed in the Theme Park Directory, offers a variety of attractions including go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper cars, which some have found enjoyable. However, there are significant concerns regarding the arcade, with many games reported as broken and issues with the credit system. Additionally, the food service is described as slow, expensive, and of poor quality. While it might offer some entertainment, potential visitors should be prepared for long waits and a potentially disappointing arcade and food experience.

Okay, enough to entertain teenage boys for 3 hours. But cost $100 in passes + $60 in arcade credits. A chunk of the time is waiting lines for the more popular attractions. Even though arcades were not deemed broken, half our arcade credits were lost on "working games". The neon lights distract from things. Would DEFINITELY NOT waste any money on food. $8 & 40 minutes later got us this "nacho platter" ... Oh & the nacho cheese was cold.

I've been to Rush one time before, the mini-golf, go carts and kid bumper cars were fun enough and seemed to be pretty decent value for the price. Today we wanted to just do an arcade and we had possibly the worst arcade experience I have ever had. Approximately half of the games were broken, the self service kiosks didn't work for purchasing multi-cards, and the rewards counter employees had a very hard time with basic subtraction. It's worth noting the self service kiosks worked good for a single card purchase though. Overall a very disappointing experience at the arcade inside Rush Funplex, I sure hope this is a one off scenario.

2 stars because the place is fun sure and my kids is having a good time. But DO NOT DO YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. Between what I can only describe as a super high teen at the counter moving at a snails pace who we had to repeat everything 3 times getting to our "party room" we were 20 minutes past the original stay time.... I'm now sitting in the party room right now, waiting on a pizza and drinks that we ordered them over an hour now. The reasoning i was just told..... The morning host just took off without telling anyone so our pizza and drinks had been sitting there to just now, its been so long they ate having to reheat it. My kids having fun but at 500.00 for everything between 200.00 for a freaking row of tables in what I can only best describe as a elementary school cafeteria and the 250.00 for the 20 hours punch card to be able to get 2 hours to each of the 10 kids when a 3 hours pass is 30.00/kid. It would be better to pay the extra 50.00 and have 30% longer party but you only get 2 hour room (row of plastic tables) holds. Usually you get a discount buying in bulk but in reality it's cost us more per hour than regular customers. Plus I had to get 80.00 in arcade card money so that each kid could atleast play 5 or a few more arcade games. (Ill admit my fault I just didn't realize the credits are just like quarters but games take between 4-8 per game) Adding in that as I was writing this the pizza and drinks showed up. 1 hour 20 minutes later giving us 17 minutes to eat, do presents, and get out. DO NOT DO YOUR PARTY HERE. If you do don't pay for a room, come early and snag 2 tables in the main arcade area and post up like the smart people I saw in the way in. Save your self the headache.

We were worried from the recent reviews, but did not experience any of what they said. The temp was cool, the games and areas were all staffed and clean, bowling was fun and the movies were awesome! Bumper cars were so cool how they spin everyone every so often! Fun mini golf and laser tag! This was way more fun than fat cats or boondocks, for $22, by far in entertainment and price! Shout out to the guy in grey with a white beard constantly cleaning everything!! I think some kids flooded the bathrooms twice while we were there and he had it back to normal so fast! The whole staff were very awesome!

Me and 7 other of my friends came here tonight at 10:00 and bought a 3 hour pass for $64. We spent 30 minutes of it bowling, and decided to cut our bowling short to wait in line for Go Karts. We then proceeded to spend nearly an hour waiting in line to drive the karts. At the very front of the line an employee named Alex told us at 11:50 that it was too late and that this was the last ride of the night (the one currently driving before us) so we were turned away. He waited to tell us that until we were at the front of the line after waiting in line for the rest of the time. It’s absolutely unacceptable that I pay nearly $70 for a half hour of actual time doing an activity. We already overpaid since we weren’t even going to be there for the full 3 hours. We all were very frustrated at this. We spoke to a manager who gave us the corporate card and a BOGO card for our next visit. This is not an appropriate compensation for the issue. We paid that much money for almost nothing. And both employees we spoke to as well as the manager were shocked that Alex had turned us away with that much time left. He shouldn’t have done that they said that themselves we would’ve had time for another ride. We are all extremely frustrated by this. Alex at this location needs to be held accountable. He did not give us any kind of compensation and turned us away with no explanation with still enough time left for another ride. This is an unacceptable issue and hope that you all see this and keep it in mind.
