Tilt Studio Logan Valley, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, offers a large arcade and entertainment space within the Logan Valley Mall. Customer reviews present a mixed picture of the experience, with both positive and negative feedback.

Positive reviews highlight the extensive selection of arcade games, which provide entertainment for both kids and adults. The ticket and prize system is also mentioned as a fun and engaging aspect of the experience. The facility also offers mini golf and bumper cars.

However, negative reviews raise concerns about the maintenance and functionality of the games. Customers have reported frequent game malfunctions and point losses, which can lead to frustration and financial loss. The lack of "Out of Service" signs on broken games is a recurring complaint.

Previous attractions, such as laser tag, have been removed, and the remaining attractions, like mini golf and bumper cars, are described as requiring a "heavy amount of tokens," potentially leading to high expenses.

The facility lacks on-site food and drink options, requiring visitors to go to the mall's food court. This may be inconvenient for those wanting to stay within the arcade.

Some customers have reported positive interactions with staff, such as receiving point refunds for malfunctioning games, indicating that customer service can be helpful in certain situations.

The kids and adults had a great time playing games and winning tickets/prizes. They have more games than I could have imagined, it takes up almost half the 2nd floor on the back side of the mall. They also have a little mini golf course and bumper cars, the laser tag was down when we were there. Some games are expensive to play, they don't have any kinds of food or drink in there so you have to go to the food court or something. I don't know how they do birthday parties with pizza unless they order it in. If you got your game cards with the kiosk you earned extra points to play.

This place used to be fun when it first opened but now you will lose money everytime because a lot of the games are broken and don't work and when you swipe your card it just steals your points, instead of putting "Out of Service" on the broken games or removing them they leave them on for people to try and use. They removed laser tag, bumper cars & mini golf are a heavy amount of tokens to play so be prepared to spend a lot of money and lose some of it swiping on out of service machines. I did politely mention it to an employee and she put some point back on our card so that was nice.

My husband an I brought our son an one of his friends here. It takes up probably 4 entire stores, that’s how big the place is! They have Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Bumper Cars, 80% of the games are Claw Machines, Water Gun games, coin pushers, etc. It wasn’t at all what I was thinking it was like. There wasn’t a lot of people there & I only seen 1 person working there all night except right when they were about to close then I seen a 2nd worker there. You load a card with money and with the prices of the games it doesn’t take long for kids to go through the money! $50 on a card lasted one of the kids maybe 30 minutes to an hour an that’s it! I’m sure we’ll be back sometime!

We had an issue with our attraction cards and the GM, Christian, was awesome and took great care of us and made sure our group got to do everything we wanted. We all had a great time! The kids especially loved playing laser tag!

I brought a group of middle school students here last week and we had a blast. They enjoyed the bumper cars and the arcade. It's too bad the mall is half empty but we would go again
