Feedback ranges from positive experiences with young children to negative experiences with customer service and facility issues.

Positive reviews highlight the designated "5 and under only time," which is praised for providing a safe environment for toddlers to explore the trampolines. Customers appreciate the roped-off areas that prevent access to potentially dangerous zones.

However, negative reviews raise concerns about the overall experience. Customers have reported issues with the online ticket purchase process, including difficulties with the kiosk and waiver completion. Staff assistance with technical problems has been described as unhelpful and slow.

The environment within the park has been criticized for being "way too dark and loud," making it difficult to focus and enjoy the activities. The park's suitability for young children, particularly those under 41 inches, has also been questioned, with limited activity options available.

Customers have reported that general supervision is poor and that other patrons are not paying attention to their surroundings, making it unsafe for young children to enjoy the trampolines.

Took my one year old to their 5 and under only time this morning and he had a BLAST! He stumbled and fell all over the place but still left without a scratch! I can’t wait to bring him here again now that he’s comfortable on the trampolines. During the little kid only times they do have stuff roped off that isn’t safe for the little ones or that an adult probably wouldn’t be able to fit to retrieve said child which was very appreciated by me!

Worst trampoline park I've been to yet! I originally bought tickets online but had to fill out the waiver there because of internet connection issues while driving. The kiosk wasn't working I tried to ask for help but I was told to just put in a different birthday and see if that worked. After waiting about 15 minutes someone finally came over and the whole machine itself was just not working 🙄 It is way too dark and loud in there in my opinion you can't even focus or pay attention to what you are trying to do. There is not much of a selection for kids by any means under 41 inches. Literally only 2 trampolines in a corner 😬 could get on other trampolines if accompanied by an adult but there were so many people not paying attention that it was difficult to actually have a good time. Will not be returning.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. My grandkids got to go here for the first time as a birthday gift. Not a good experience thanks to a grown adult running the zipline. My twin grand children were at the zipline waiting and this adult was so rude to these two twins. My grand daughter has severe anxiety and it took her a lot to even go. This poor girl was sent to the back of the line and waited 30 minutes to go. My daughter had to go talk to the manager and she asked what this man was doing to our grand daughter. Then when my grand daughter went to say something he said “sorry I don’t speak your language! ) are you kidding me. He had a blue shirt on and more than just my kids said he was rude. You should not be working in a place dealing with kids. I was going to buy them a membership but trust me NEVER! Kids should not have to deal with grown adults like this at all and SHAME ON URBAN AIR FOR KEEPING HIM! It took so much for my 9 year old grand daughter to go to enjoy herself to be ruined by this! The manager must know he is rude too by the answere my daughter got. So parents pay attention to how your kids are treated here! Will never go back there and the family that that took my grandkids as their birthday gift were so disappointed in this place and how they allow the customers to be treated. SHAMEFUL! Just had a email from urban air that there is no grown men working urban air but to a scared 9 year old girl any under age young man looks like a adult. Still don’t make the situation right! Also management told my daughter he is on his last leg now because he has been wrote up before. Just maybe not a grown man as I stated but a “underage boy age young man that clearly shouldn’t be working with young children!

We have a membership for urban air. We used our membership first at the Harrisburg location. We were told that we can use our membership at any urban air. We went out to eat in State College and decided we should go to urban air in Altoona since it wasn’t to Far From where we ate. When we arrived, we were told the memberships were only good for the location that you joined for I was not expecting this Marissa is the lady that helped clarify everything for us. She was so polite, kind, and helpful. She helped get us checked in and to purchase our tickets. She was the absolute sweetest When answering all of our questions. I cannot thank her enough I hope she sees this and knows that she is appreciated and that kindness goes a long way in helping a confusing situation. Thanks again, Marissa❤️

If you buy the tickets before you get there you walk in they hand you bracelets and off you go. The staff is very helpful though. Everyone who works there seems to be in a very decent mood when they are working with you. All in all it's a great place to go get out some energy and have fun with the family!
