Environment: Based on customer reviews, the environment of at least one room, "Museum Mayhem," is described as having a cheap and amateurish design, particularly the first room which felt like an old office building with posters. The space in this room is also noted as quite small and likely to feel cramped with more than five people.

Features: trap't Escape Room Adventures offers multiple escape rooms, including "Museum Mayhem" and "Time Chasers." The puzzles in "Museum Mayhem" are described as mostly extremely basic, involving simple math and observation of posters. One confusing clue involved writing on a poster when only a whiteboard was permitted. The "Time Chasers" room is reported to have better decoration and more challenging puzzles.

Services: Customer service experiences appear to be negative. One reviewer reported not receiving any helpful hints, with the hint system taking over a minute to load and then providing the same hint repeatedly. Honestly disappointed, my family and I have done about 30 escape rooms all over the world and this wasn't fun. We weren't getting any help. Our hints took over a minute to load, wasting our time. When they did load, it was the same hint over and over again. This was the only escape room I have ever walked out of. The game master was very nonchalant and couldn't have cared less about our experience. Worst $137 ever spent.

We recently tried out their Museum Mayhem room, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The design felt cheap and amateurish, especially in the first room, which had the atmosphere of an old office building with a few posters slapped on the walls. The space is quite small, and I wouldn’t recommend going with more than five people—it gets cramped fast. The puzzles left much to be desired. Most were extremely basic, like looking at a poster and doing simple math to get a code. There was one clue that involved writing on a poster, but we were told only to use a whiteboard, which created confusion. We've done a lot of escape rooms (mostly in Europe), and this was one of the worst we've encountered—though not the absolute worst. If this is your first escape room, don’t let it put you off. There are some truly awesome experiences out there on a completely other level. For what it's worth, our friends did the "Time Chasers" room at the same place and said it was much better decorated with more challenging puzzles, but they had trouble getting a clue for 15 minutes, and some of the tech didn't work properly. Overall, I can't recommend this room unless you're looking for something very basic.

We recently played the Abducted room, which was fun and had some pretty challenging puzzles. However, several puzzles and clues were broken, and the room was not fully reset after the previous party, which messed up the game experience. I’d definitely give them another try, but would call ahead to make sure the room is fully functional.

It was fun... but we wished we had the option of extended our time when we were closer to the end, especially when so close to getting out. We would have paid a few more dollars for that.

The portable scape room was excellent!!! All the children enjoyed it very much. The staff is excellent. Highly recommended!
