Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Introduce

Welcome to Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, a large indoor amusement center located at 800 Chauvet Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15275, USA. As featured in our Theme Park Directory, Urban Air offers a wide variety of activities designed for fun and skill development for children of various ages.

Based on customer reviews, Urban Air is a "great place for kids to play," with one visitor bringing 10 grandchildren ranging from 2 to 11 years old who all found "a lot of fun things to do." This suggests that the park caters to a broad age range and offers diverse activities that can help children master new skills.

The park boasts a significant size with "lots of different jumping and ninja warrior like courses," providing ample space and challenges for energetic kids. For birthday celebrations, Urban Air offers "a nice separate room for the kids to celebrate" with pizza and cake, indicating that birthday party hosting is a service they provide.

A unique feature mentioned is the presence of "cool skyline rides" on the upper level, described as a revolving track around the entire building. This suggests an aerial attraction that offers a different perspective and adds to the park's variety of activities.

While the park is praised for its entertainment value for children, one reviewer noted an incident involving older teens playing dodgeball too roughly, highlighting a potential need for stricter enforcement of age-appropriate play. They did appreciate a staff member monitoring the situation but felt the individuals should have been removed. Another area for potential improvement mentioned was the customer service at the cafe, with four young women working there reportedly not showing much interest in good customer service. This same reviewer also received "bottom kernels" when ordering popcorn, and the staff seemed to pop only one or two bags at a time.

On a positive note, the pizzas ordered for the kids were described as "delicious." Despite the concerns raised about the cafe service and the dodgeball incident, the reviewer stated they would "definitely be back soon" because it is a "great place for the kids."

For those planning a visit, a helpful tip from a reviewer is to "sign the electronic waiver BEFORE going" to save time upon arrival.

In summary, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Pittsburgh, PA, offers a large indoor space with a variety of engaging activities for kids, including trampolines, ninja warrior courses, and unique skyline rides. It is a popular choice for birthday parties. While the majority of the experience is positive, some visitors have noted areas for improvement regarding cafe service and the enforcement of safe play among different age groups. Signing the waiver online beforehand is recommended for efficiency.

Great place for kids to play. We took 10 grandchildren ages 11-2 years of age. A lot of fun things to do. I watched as they mastered many new skills! We are certainly blessed with happy healthy children. That being said, there were 2 big boys/ older teens playing dodge ball. They were playing way too rough. I do appreciate the worker keeping an eye on them. They should have been removed from the facility . I ordered popcorn and got the bottom kernels. The young lady at the counter would only pop one or two bags at a time. The 4 young women working the cafe didn’t seem too interested in good customer Service. I ordered 3 pizzas for the kids and they were delicious! I will definitely be back soon. It’s a great place for the kids ! Thank you .

We were here for a birthday party. The place was big inside with lots of different jumping and ninja warrior like courses. They had a nice separate room for the kids to celebrate the birthday party with pizza and cake. There were some cool skyline rides too on the upper level revoking track around the entire building. My biggest recommendation is to sign the electronic waiver BEFORE going so this saves you time.

My experience was amazing! I had an awesome time my kids loved it so much. The staff was kind as well, especially Dan. My kids loved making jokes with him as he strapped them up to ride along the course and just kept going back to talk to him.

We recently cancelled our membership through the email process (yes, it is gross that they do not have easy cancellation, predatory business practice to steal customers money) and the representative confirmed we fulfilled out 12th payment to fulfill our contract and that we were able to cancel as long as we followed up that we wanted to cancel (and we did). We were later charged and informed from customer service that whoops, we forgot to cancel and now you're stuck in another 12 month contract. Do not get a membership as they will wait out your request until you pass a threshold and will lock you into another contract. This is a predatory, gross businesses practice and in the current political landscape, business like Urban Air are ecstatic because they are able to lie and prey on customers. See screenshot for email from representative confirming that we met the 12th payment to fulfill contract so we can cancel, and subsequent email approximately 1 hour later confirming we wanted to cancel. You are locked in and they do not let you leave.

They let you pay for everything but if your child isn't big enough, it's basically too bad for you. They need to check the child's height before taking your money. Thats the most logical way in the world to provide quality service. Secondly, trying to give them another chance and I've been trying to call and they let the phone ring off the hook and then hang it up afterwards. Stop letting kids run the establishment.
