Altitude Trampoline Park - Pittsburgh/Bridgeville, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, offers a variety of trampoline-based activities for children. Customer reviews highlight the fun atmosphere for kids, but also raise concerns about certain park policies.

The park is described as "not crowded" on Tuesday mid-afternoons, making it suitable for young children, specifically preschoolers. The park offers "plenty to do" for kids, ensuring they have an enjoyable time.

The pricing is considered "reasonable/comparable to other places" for hourly rates. However, customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the subscription activation fees, which are reported to be $15 per child. This additional cost has deterred some customers from purchasing subscriptions.

A specific policy regarding socks has also been criticized. Customers are required to exchange their own socks, even if they are of better quality from a competitor, for the park's socks. The discarded socks are then thrown away, which some customers find wasteful and unnecessary.

The staff's presence in the play areas is also noted as being limited, which could be a concern for some parents.

Despite these policy-related concerns, customers report that their "kids had a blast" and express a desire to return.

Not crowded on Tuesday mid afternoon. Plenty to do for kids (3 preschoolers). Price reasonable/comparable to other places. Not sure why I had to exchange my better quality socks, from an West Coast competitor, for their socks. Then, she threw mine in the garbage! No staff around or near play areas.

Kids had a blast. Can't wait to go back again. I would have gotten the subscription for them for there was a 15$ activation fee per kid. That's an extra 30$ , only thing I wasn't happy with. So we just paid for 1 hour. 30$ for 1 hour for 2 kids

We have been members of Altitude for about a year. I would love if the facility could have some improvements. Two areas of the place are not open. It consists now of a large trampoline area, “dodgeball” zone, small foam pit, and climbing structure (pictures included, though I cropped most people out). One of the areas looks to be a party area now, unfortunately. In addition over the last few months we have noticed less seats for parents/ guardians to supervise. Employees don’t really monitor attendees that break the rules, except during peak times, through they do try to help. An upside is the price for a membership. Monthly is $10 (plus startup $10 cost). An hourly jump costs more than that. I would recommend this place for kids elementary age and under. There is not enough for older kids. Bring a water bottle and snack. There are no food options. It is by far busiest on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The place gets packed with birthday parties. It is also great if you can come during the weekday with little ones.

Went there on 1/20 at 2:30 only to be told we couldn’t jump until 3pm because it was max capacity , 10 minutes goes by there’s about 20 of us waiting . I see a group of kids and a grandma walk in with , younger kids running the desk whispered something to her and let them go jump !!!! While all of us where waiting patiently to jump freezing out butts off infront of the door waiting . When I asked them since they are jumping can we go ? She gave complete attitude saying “ I did not let them go , but whatever just go jump “ , they don not need kids running it there especially with nasty attitudes and being unfair to their customers . I told her what’s fair is fair we were all waiting they don’t get special treatment just because you know the people . Not to mention the place is run down , duct taped , it’s dirty , they do not need to let little 15 year olds run it on the weekends . Will deffinatly not be back sky zone is wayyyyyyy better or urban air .
