Absolutely an incredible indoor adventure! Tower climbing, ninja warrior courses, virtual reality, zip lines above the whole park! There is dodgeball, jumping pits to do sweet trucks and of course LOTS OF TRAMPOLINE areas for small kids and bigger kids (seperate areas for safety) Try to get coupons or something, PARK SOCKS are required and given to you upon entrance purchase, and you TAKE THEM HOME TOO! Claw games are rigged against you but the ball claw game is almost a guaranteed win! Snacks and drinks available 10/10

Great place for kids my daughter loves coming here she literally could spend the entire day here not just jumping on trampolines, but also doing the Zipline, mini-obstacle course, ball pit, rock climbing, slides or battling over the foam pit!

I love Urban Air ! It’s a great place and Lisa who works in kitchen area is Wonderful always nice and pleasant to talk to ! Britney the GM on the other hand is rude and lacks any costumer service . I let her know that there was water on the floor and she looked at me and said what do you want me to do about it? I really didn’t even know how to reply to that and I said well I thought I’d just let you know and she said well people don’t watch their kids so I don’t know what you expect me to do about it! I was like ok … To me I felt she was rude and unprofessional . However the rest of the staff is pleasant and helpful!

So I took my kids here for one day of fun together and between myself, their father, my 12yr old, a 5yr old and a 2yr old it was going to cost nearly $200 after it was all said and done. That was for 4 tickets that covered all the activities and one regular ticket that didn't cover some of the more advanced things that required safety harnesses plus the cost for all of our socks which are required and cost $4 a pair. That dont even touch food or drinks or the arcade. I may be old fashioned or just cheap I guess but that seemed really stupid expensive. For families who have only one working parent in the home or just one parent period in their lives, how are they ever supposed to afford to do anything as a family if the prices for these things take nearly half a week wages. I admit there was plenty there to do and the place seemed clean and well kept however for that price you could go to a whole theme park for the day which includes both water and non water rides and it's outdoors. Just saying if the tickets are comparable to kings Islands price then why would u go there?
