Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We went to celebrate a birthday for a six year old. Due to their 72 hour notice requirement for birthdays, we did not book the party. But we still went to celebrate our six year old. We brought a cake, which they confiscated due to their policy of no outside foods. When we noticed that the birthday section was not in use, we asked if we could pay to celebrate there and keep our birthday cake. The young man who was a “manager” (he was tall and Asian) but we did not get his name, rudely told us “no” to same day reservations. When we questioned why since the area was not being used, he condescendingly laughed at our questions and told us we could leave the premises if we didn’t like the policies. Very frustrating experience. The general manager did try very hard to make it right but would not let us have the cake there. So my review is mostly due to the “manager” who has no business dealing with customers with his bad attitude. Side note: we have celebrated birthdays there over and over with no issues having cakes or cupcakes at our celebrations. So there’s that.

This was the best place for three 9 year olds to blow off steam! They had a blast!

It's a little pricey when you have more than 2 kids. The kids always have fun, so it's worth it in that aspect. I do feel like it needs a good disinfectant rubbed all over. Seems like it's nothing but teenagers that work there. Don't forget to sign your waiver online.

Took our 4 yr old son for the first time. He had a blast. It's like all his favorite places into one plus some! And the atmosphere and staff was enjoyable. Everyone, staff especially definitely watches out for the kids, especially the lil ones like my son. We will definitely be back.

Mostly fun. The VR area needs a major overhaul. First I sat and watched kids cut in line because there is no clear defined place to queue. Then the system kept breaking down. Additionally when we arrived, there appeared to be two lines. I got in one behind a group of guests. The staff members kept coming over to grab wristbands but said nothing. I finally got a staff member‘a attention and asked if that register was open. The answer was no. Again another very poorly defined queue.
