Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Took the kids here on spring break and they had a blast. We usually go to Savannah as we are in Statesboro but will go here from now on as it is much cleaner and the employees are so nice!! Jayden helped me boys get harnessed up and walked the high ninja course with them. A little girl was in the playland crying and he rushed over and gently carried her to her mom. It was nice to see such a patient young man working with all these crazy kids! Kudos to his parents.

This was our second birthday party at Urban Air and the experience was even better than the first. Two days before the party we received a phone call informing us that we would have time before party to setup and I thought that was very considerate. Our party host, Taylor, was fantastic! She was attentive, nice, and very helpful. Additionally Brittany, who I believe was a manager, was great as well. She was very thorough during our checkout, accommodating, and even got my daughter a band-aid when needed. I cannot recommend Urban Air enough as a venue for a birthday party!

DO NOT VISIT ON A SATURDAY!!!!!!! Busy days are a nightmare at Urban Air. The teenagers running the place move as slow as molasses, they don’t seem to care one bit about customer satisfaction, and there aren’t any time limits set on the attractions. My daughter and her friend literally waited 25 minutes to do the rock climbing attraction, and it had the shortest line. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES! On busy days, Urban Air should enforce time limits. Every parent would understand and agree. The place has potential to be fun, but not when it’s busy. Avoid, avoid on the weekend! SAFETY CONCERN: No-one is monitoring the entrance and exit area. Kids of all ages are running rampant in this place. It’s a miracle they haven’t been shut down due to safety concerns. I guess $$$$ is more important 😔.

Super busy on the weekend but we knew what we were getting into. The staff members were nice and accommodating. The cleanliness was good considering the amount of people there. My kids made new friends and had a great time!

Came to Urban air last minute for our son’s 11th birthday with friends. As soon as we got here at 5 all the staff came by our table and checked to see if we had all that we needed. Ordered food, and the accommodated our needs for food. We were already talking about how nice the staff was. The. A couple hours later they came to sing for our son for his birthday. It was informal, and super cool to see how they went out their way to make all the kids laugh. Even a couple of staff members who missed out on the fun little song came by to say happy birthday. The entire staff on 2/7/25 are very FRIENDLY, and great with the kids! Highly recommend. Thank you to all that helped make his day special.
