Escape Room Zone

I came here with a group of 10 people and we were able to complete the Pirate's Cove escape room in just 26 minutes with only one clue! So overall it does seem like an easier escape room, however it is themed well with good quality puzzles. This is a great activity for families and friends, although I wish the room was slightly larger. There are moments where you are in the dark or with dim blacklight so beware if you have young kids.

Luca was an amazing game master host! He was clearly swamped with 4-5 groups at a time but he never stressed out and handled everyone accordingly. He was super fun and energetic. He was working alone on a busy Saturday but he did great. It’s crazy he didn’t have help, I felt awful for him. I hope the company gets someone in there asap. But we played Medusa’s Revenge and it was epic! We didn’t escape but we got pretty far. It was a great time & we will definitely be back!!

The new paint blast room was so fun and such a therapeutic experience! I loved how we could be as messy or as clean as we wanted with the paint and were provided with some ponchos and shoe covers. The best part was that my friends and I were able to take home a little souvenir from our girls weekend! Would definitely go again just to add some more art on the walls :)

The guide was fantastic. Gave us a great overview and very helpful when we asked for clues. The room was very cool and creative. Our entire family loved it

We did Witching Hour. It was mediocre. As others reviewed, some of the puzzles don’t work the first time. In the end, the person had to come show us and even then, it didn’t work for them the first time. They had said they showed someone yesterday and it didn’t work then either. Additionally, the tv turned off that held the clue and they needed to reset the power. While we asked for the clues, the person didn’t know what we had or had not done. When asking for a clue, they gave us information that we had figured out already. The screen only shows you how much time has passed in increments of 15 which no one tells you at the beginning. The 10+ escape rooms I’ve been to has always showed a timer for 60 minutes counting down as every minute is crucial. Finally someone even opened our escape room door while we working on the game. It really felt as though they were uninterested in our experience. I’ll say one or two puzzles were unique but overall we won’t be coming back as other locations of the same place are significantly better.
