Zap Zone Glo-Golf

Family experiences are getting harder and harder to come by nowadays. This business definitely meets the need and then some. The variety of activities that they offer kept my family entertained. We really had a great time with the mini-golf activities. Everything was clean, operative, and the best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly, patient, and willing to answer any questions (which we had a lot of them). So glad that I was referred to this particular location.

My kids were excited to try out the pixel floor game. We wished the game last longer and that the area was larger and more spacious/open. The rounds last only about 3-5 minutes. Pretty much, you get to play 1 level, then after it is defeated/completed, it is the next customer's turn. I'm sure it is this way so that all customer's can get a turn 😊. It would be better, if the kids can get more playtime and rounds. It was a Saturday (11/9) and busy as expected for a weekend. The staff was helpful, especially the employee, (Ryan), he was super kind.

I had reserved a party for 1/24. Unfortunately we didn't have enough kids RSVP. The manages have me no problem turing in my deposit for store credit. My kids had a blast. I appreciate the management working with me on our past minute changes.

Our school has held two events at Zap Zone of Canton and both times we've experienced superior customer service and had so much fun. Tyler makes it so easy to plan and organize big groups, is beyond accommodating, responds quickly to messages, and made it so affordable for all of our students to participate. We were able to order halal pepperoni pizza and all of the food was delicious! The venue is newly renovated with so many fun attractions to choose from including a Pixel floor and Ninja course. Our students had so much fun also playing laser tag, bumper cars, and glo golf. On top of this, Tyler helped us organize our event as a fundraiser so that our National Honor Society could help sponsor orphans. Expectations went above and beyond and I cannot say enough good things about Tyler and his wonderful staff. We will most definitely be booking future events here. Thank you so much, Tyler!

Had a 5 yr birthday party and it was so incredible!! The kids and adults had a blast!! Not enough words to describe how wonderful Tyler was. He always responded to emails. He was so attentive and so incredibly kind during the party. He was always making sure we had all that we needed. Highly recommend!! Will absolutely be back.
