Customers have reported that the venue is "incredibly dirty" and in need of "TLC." Issues include "insulation hanging down from a wall," "worn areas," and "filthy" locker cubby areas. Staff members have been observed neglecting cleaning duties, with one customer noting an attendant on their phone instead of cleaning.

The overall cleanliness has deteriorated significantly since the venue's opening. Customers report "muddy floors," "full trashes," and "empty sock bags everywhere." Carpets are described as needing "professional cleaning" and having "runs," while mats are "filthy" and "ripped."

Safety concerns have also been raised. "All foam blocks" are reportedly "crumbling apart," and there are "several places where kids are able to enter under the trampolines," posing a significant safety risk. "All nets show dust" above children's reach, and the "air quality" is described as "poor."

The venue's management and supervision have been criticized. Customers have noted the absence of staff in the trampoline area and a lack of safety measures, such as wristbands and announcements. The seating for parents is described as "ripped," and the bathrooms are reported to be "unclean."

Customers have expressed shock at the venue's condition, with one asking, "Where is the owner? How is this place not shut down?" The general sentiment is that the venue is a "waste of time or money" in its current state.

This place was great and my kids had a blast there. That being said...it was incredibly dirty, and clearly need a reinvestment in some equipment and some TLC. There was insulation hanging down from a wall...many worn areas. The locker cubby area was filthy, and the attendant teen was sitting there on his phone when he could have been cleaning. What are they paying you for? Empty sock bags everywhere...full trashes...muddy floors, etc. Someone needs to get on the ball with this business before it causes permanent damage.

From what was a nice clean place when it first opened looks now like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Absolutely no staff in the trampoline area…. One young man at the front desk. Gone are the days when the staff was actually watching out for the kids safety. No more wrist bands. No more announcements. Many safety concerns… all mats filthy through out, all carpets in need of professional cleaning, many carpets with runs, many mats ripped, all foam blocks crumbling apart, trash everywhere, several places where kids are able to enter under the trampolines causing huge concerns for their safety, all nets show dust above where the kids cant reach. Poor air quality. And to top of it off the benches for the parents who are paying to bring their kids here all ripped. And the bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in a really long time!! Where is the owner? How is this place not shut down? Don’t waste your time or money. Just check out my pictures…. Pictures don’t lie!! All pictures taken May 17, 2024

This place was once fun and clean. Ever since COVID it has declined at a rapid pace. It’s filthy, there are no employees to enforce the rules or keep customers safe. The nets are all covered with thick dust , windows are completely covered in cob webs, the nets that are supposed to separate activities are non existent, the mats clearly haven’t been cleaned in years and don’t get me started on the bathrooms. This place needs to be shut down if they aren’t going to take care of it. We won’t be coming back which is a bummer for my kids.

It's probably one of the best places to take the kids for an evening of fun and energy drainage! My niece and 2 nephews had a blast, and they fell asleep in about 3 minutes on the car ride back home. I wish there was something like this closer to their place near Crown Point, NY. The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were super nice and definitely worth a trip back next time we come out to see the kids! Great spot!

We visit Get Air often in winter months. I would love to see this place get a revamp like other Trampoline parks outside Vermont. We visit a lot of Trampoline parks, and this one is our only local location, but it is lacking in a lot of areas compared to what we have been to. It still is very appeasing to my 6 year old, but he starts to bore after 25 minutes. Even adding a slide would make things interesting, I am trying to continue my support with this place to make sure they stick around, but it's getting harder and harder!
