Great Lakes Escape Game

Highly recommend them if you have Little's that want to go. Super friendly, and patient with the young ones. This was our second visit for my daughters birthday. She absolutely loves it there, as did all of her friends.

we had a bad experience here at first and didn't like the room but it ended up being a mistake, which happens so we weren't upset, and then we were invited back to do another game which was nice. we did the pirate room and then the heist room. we really liked the heist room, the puzzles were fun and the decor was great, the room was built very well. the pirates room was lacking in comparison decorations and building wise. and pirates had more of an awkward silence to it and you can hear all the rooms around you playing or being reset because the walls don't go all the way up. the workers are very nice

we were very unhappy with our experience today staff was friendly, but we asked for a clue for 15 minutes straight and just sat. There was no clues. We were hearing other people in other rooms and eventually she started to give us clues continuously like we were getting rushed out of the room And it just made us feel very dumb while we were trying to figure out certain puzzles so we walked out with 20 minutes still on our clock. Didn’t ask for a refund for a new game. We were just sick of it.

We have tried other escape rooms and this one was a disappointment. We asked for clues while in the room and had to wait a while to get them. Also you can hear other people in their rooms clearly which interfers with your room and team communication. When we were done she quickly took our picture, said goodbye and didn't offer to take our picture or answer our questions about the game. Sub par to the other places we have been to.

My wife and I have done close to 15 escape rooms around the country, and Black Beard's Brig is one of our favorite rooms we've ever done! Great for those who enjoy puzzles. Great staff. Only wish they were open more during the week!
