Reality Check - Axe Throwing, Virtual Reality

The owner, Chad, was great and attentive to our group. We had been axe throwing a few times but had never been properly taught how to do it. Chad took the time to teach each of us. Thanks to him, several of us scored bullseye’s for the first time. We also did paint splatter which was SO fun. We laughed so hard and had such a great time. We will definitely be going back with our group again. It was a great experience everyone should try once.

My wife and I had an absolute blast at Reality Check in Bay City! It was my first time trying axe throwing, and the owner, Chad, went above and beyond, giving us great tips and making sure we felt confident and safe. His kindness and passion for the place really stood out. It’s such a fun, welcoming environment with activities for the whole family. We love supporting locally owned businesses like this, and we cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for something unique and exciting to do.

My husband and I came here for a date day for axe throwing. Chad was awesome and showed us some techniques that really helped us as beginners! Chill atmosphere and we plan to come back with our three kids for all of the other activities that they offer!!

What an incredible experience. If I could give 6 stars, I would. We had our son's 16th birthday here last night. We were able to schedule his party on a day they're not open, Leslie and Chad (the owners) went above and beyond, even helping put up decorations. They were fun, helpful, accommodating and just perfect the whole night. They don't serve food, but you can bring or order in any food and drink while you're there. Everyone had a blast, from the almost 2 year old to the 16 year olds and adults. I truly can't say enough good things. 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be back ourselves. Thank you Leslie and Chad!!!!

This was a fantastic spot for a birthday party! We enjoyed the rage room and foot pool. We were provided tables to bring in pizza and cake and everyone was so attentive and helpful! Will definitely be back!
