My Ninja Factory Introduce

Welcome to My Ninja Factory, an exciting indoor play facility located at 871 District Pl STE 106, Chula Vista, CA 91914, USA. As part of the Theme Park Directory, My Ninja Factory offers a unique experience centered around active play with jump platforms and other engaging features. It's a space where children can have fun and burn off energy in a safe environment.

Environment: The vibe at My Ninja Factory is described as neutral, with no loud music, allowing parents to sit in spots where they can easily supervise their children. The facility is generally spacious, especially on weekdays, providing ample room for kids to run and play. The restrooms are also reported to be well-kept. Please note that while the environment is designed for fun, higher jump platforms are present, and adult supervision is advised to prevent injuries.

Services: My Ninja Factory has staff members who are reported to be vigilant about the safe use of the higher jump platforms, guiding children to ensure they jump safely and clearing the area before the next jumper. However, it is important to understand that the staff are few and parental supervision is crucial for the safety of each child. The facility also has a snack bar offering regular chips, drinks, and ice cream. Outside food is not allowed.

Features: My Ninja Factory is designed for children, with a typical age range of approximately 4 to 11 years old being the majority of visitors. The main features include jump platforms and potentially other ninja-style obstacles that encourage physical activity. The focus is on providing a space for older children to engage in more dynamic play compared to typical toddler-focused play areas. Pricing information and party packages are available (as indicated in a customer's photos, though specific details are not provided in the text).

Promotional Information: While specific current promotions are not detailed in the provided reviews, My Ninja Factory offers a space suitable for parties, as mentioned by one reviewer who posted party pricing information. For the most current information on any special offers or promotions, it is recommended to contact My Ninja Factory directly at (619) 271-6171 or +1 619-271-6171.

Based on customer feedback, My Ninja Factory is generally considered a great place for children to play and expend energy. The staff's attention to safety on the jump platforms is a noted positive. However, one detailed review from March 2024 raises significant concerns regarding staff behavior, unclear policies (specifically regarding wristbands, playtime rules, shoe policy, and height restrictions), and a lack of response to customer service inquiries. This review suggests potential inconsistencies in staff training and rule enforcement that prospective visitors should be aware of. It is advisable to inquire about current policies and staff procedures before visiting.

I have been coming here for a couple of months and have gathered the following: - This place is a great place for your children to play! (Keep in mind, HIGHER jump platforms and injury may occur if children left unsupervised!) I posted a picture of the various signs around the little park. - The workers here seem to be pretty vigilant at making sure the children jumping from the higher areas are doing so in a safe manner and guiding the other children out before the next jumper! BIG ++++++ (Understand, they are very few and are NOT responsible for every single child. Please keep an eye on your kids!!!) - They do have a snack bar (picured above), and I appreciate no greasy foods, just regular chips, drinks, and ice cream! Feed yourself / children before or after play. NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED! (Like and dislike at the same time) - The vibe of the area is very neutral, no really loud music playing and most parents sitting down in spot where they can see their kid at a glance. - I typically come on the weekdays due to my schedule, and there is a lot of space for your child to run and play! The restroom is also pretty well kept! Kids grow up fast! One minute, they're playing at Play City, and the next, they're training to be the next Ninja Warrior! There is a lot less of a crowd due to older children at play, I typically see ~4 to 11 years old children? Not too many older, I would have to say the majority is around 5 - 8 years of age. A perfect place to relax and a great place for your child to expend all the energy they have until dinnertime! The video is originally 1 minute but cut short. I have posted pricing in the photos and also party pricing! Thank you and stay safe out there! Edit: 08SEP2024, Sunday. I came and the staff working at 4pm did NOT enforce the times for children. Children with time stamps ending at 3:20 were still here and the parents didn't care and after informing the staff, the man I spoke with pulled out a walkie talkie and then didn't do anything. Clearly did not care and definitely would like the owner to check the quality of workers here to ensure the policies are being upheld. I did not appreciate being told something was being done to nothing happening. Until that is fixed this place definitely gets a lower rating. Please fix your staff.

It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a response to the below email from the manager and/or owner. I have shared this on BBB and yelp so that other parents are aware and steer clear. Dear Owner, Manager, and Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent visit to Ninja Factory on March 8, 2024 between 3-4pm. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for my children turned out to be frustrating due to the behavior of some staff members and unclear policies. 1. Unnecessary Harassment Over Wristband – A female employee aggressively insisted that our 2-year-old daughter leave the playset because she did not have a wristband, despite the fact that my husband was already at the counter paying for it. Instead of allowing a simple resolution, she insisted that I take my daughter to the front, causing unnecessary stress. Because of this, my daughter busted her lip on the front counter. 2. Over-Policing Playtime & Safety Concern – Another employee continuously reprimanded my son for going in the “wrong direction” in the play area and for playing in the ball pit. In addition, my 2 year old daughter was not allowed to have her handheld toy in any of the structures. 3. Unclear Signage & Harassment Over Shoes – I was also confronted for wearing shoes while watching my 2-year-old daughter in the play area. The signage regarding this rule was not clearly posted, making the enforcement feel arbitrary and frustrating. 4. Unfair Height Restriction for Older Kids – My 10-year-old daughter was not allowed to play simply because of her height. Nowhere on the signs did it specify that children must be BOTH between the ages of 2-12 AND under 5 feet tall. This was misleading and unfair, especially when the posted rule only referenced age. Overall, our experience at your facility was far from kid-friendly. Employees were hovering over children and parents, ready to enforce rules in a rigid and aggressive manner. Instead of fostering a fun and welcoming environment, it felt like we were being policed the entire time. Had staff been more understanding and policies clearer, this experience would have been much more pleasant. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, we will not be returning, nor will we recommend Ninja Factory to others—especially for events or parties. Other nearby options, such as K1 Speed or Jump Around, provide a much more enjoyable and stress-free experience for families. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to staff training, rule enforcement, and signage clarity. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss this matter further.

A fun place for large children and small youth. Target age range appears to be 4 to 11. Lots of obstacles, very colorful. My young child said it’s a bit boring after a while. She still has lots of fun and wore herself out plenty. Their waiver process is broken, requiring one to sign up with email for their newsletter or no waiver can be signed. Their work around was to put in a fake email - which defeats the purpose of email verification. It’s also a bit loud, with plenty of blowers constantly going combined with the screams of small children. Is a constant 78+ decibels, with spikes well above 80. The employees ought to be required to wear ear plugs per CalOSHA standards.

Visiting from out of state and found this place on Google Maps to burn off my kid's energy. Paid around $20 for an hour plus the grippy socks. We went on a Monday afternoon, so it wasn't busy. Super clean facility, really well laid out, the equipment seemed new and was in great condition. They had 2-3 staff members constantly walking around keeping things organized and safe. Wish they had one of these places back home!

This place is a blast - we brought a 2,4, and 6 year old here, everyone was having a great time. Our youngest needed support to do some of the bigger activities, but overall there’s quite a bit for everyone. There is no tiny kid area, only bigger obstacles. There’s lots of kids, running around, may not be the best im if your bringing a kid younger than 2. There’s snacks and drinks here, but cash only. You need socks as well. We came on a Sunday morning to early afternoon, it wasn’t overly crazy but with several parties happening, I’m sure it doesn’t get too much busier. We paid $20 for 2 hours. We recommend coming here, lots of fun, and not absurdly priced.
