The Rush Funplex Introduce
Welcome to The Rush Funplex, located at 1806 S 2000 W, Syracuse, UT 84075, USA. As a diverse amusement center listed in the Theme Park Directory, The Rush Funplex offers a wide range of family-friendly activities, making it a potential destination for various interests.
Environment: The Rush Funplex houses a variety of attractions under one roof. These include a rock wall climbing area with different walls and free climbing, a skating rink, a kids' go-kart track, an adult go-kart track (located upstairs and potentially harder to find), a laser tag arena, a mini-golf course, a large foam pit featuring a platform to jump from and swings, and bowling lanes. While the variety is extensive, some areas, like the tracks for the bumper cars and kids' go-karts, are noted as being quite small.
Services: The Rush Funplex offers different pass options, including a three-hour pass and a potentially more economical hour-and-a-half pass. They also have food service available on-site, but outside food is not permitted, and the food can be expensive. Harnesses for the rock wall climbing are provided, although the process for obtaining one when there is a line is not clearly defined.
Features: Key features of The Rush Funplex include a wide selection of activities: rock wall climbing with various options, a skating rink, separate go-kart tracks for kids and adults, laser tag, mini golf, a large and well-liked foam pit with multiple entry points, and bowling. The adult go-kart track is noted as being decently large and located upstairs. The foam pit and climbing walls appear to be particularly popular attractions among visitors.
Promotional Information: The Rush Funplex promotes itself as a destination offering a variety of family-friendly activities, suggesting there's something for everyone. While one reviewer found the three-hour pass great for experiencing multiple attractions, they also pointed out the availability of a shorter, potentially more cost-effective 1.5-hour pass. The foam pit and rock wall climbing are highlighted as enjoyable. However, potential visitors should be aware that the bumper car and kids' go-kart areas are small, and the facility can get crowded and noisy on Saturdays, which might not be ideal for everyone. If visiting for a couple of hours to burn energy, it can be a great place, especially if you don't plan on eating there due to the cost and no outside food policy. It's recommended to assess the desired length of stay to choose the appropriate pass. For those sensitive to noise and crowds, weekdays might be a better option.

This attraction offers a variety of family friendly activities. There is rock wall climbing, skating ring, a kids go kart, an adult go kart, laser tag, mini golf, a foam pit, and bowling to name a free. I took my kids and did the three hour pass which was great. However after walking around I noticed a sign that said you could pay for an hour and a half. I should have done that. We went on a Saturday night and I was surprised that it was not that busy. My kiddos ran from activity to activity. My kids especially loved the foam pit. There was a rock wall, a platform to jump from, and a couple swings. The foam pit was quite large and had a lot of space. I was disappointed with the bumper cars and the kids go-kart. The space to drive around in was tiny. You can see the pictures of mine and it is pathetic. But the adult go-kart was decently large. It was upstairs and may be hard to find if you are not aware. Check out my pictures for that. My kids also liked the laser tag. I'm not sure about that one, but they kept going back for more! The rock wall climbing was actually pretty cool. They had a variety of walls and free climbing areas to pick from. The frustrating part is trying to get a harness. Not sure how that works when there is a line. We got right in and could do what we wanted. If you do go I would recommend seeing how much time you want to spend. The three hours is not worth it to me because then you're looking at getting food there. That can get really expensive and they don't allow outside food. My pictures will show their food options and prices. But if you're looking for a place for a couple hours to burn then this can be a great place. 25 dollars per person but if you don't do the activities you don't pay.

Don't go on a Saturday. The bumper cars were okay, too crowded and too noisy for my ADHD brain. The foam pit and climbing walls are probably the best. 4/5 mainly because it was just not my kind of environment but it had lots of activities that if we had gone during the week with less people it would be a little better.

Very cool place for small kids. Employee was in 3 areas at the same time. Skate, foam pit and rockclimb. Props to the works tho starting the kid bumper cars for only 1 or 2 kids. Hilarious to hear parents complain for actually having to keep an eye on there kids in the foam pit and rock climb. One lady actually said it cuz she wanted to sit and play on her phone while her 4 kids played on the rock climb. Employees aren't there to watch your kids!!!! Uhhh duh!!! You are!!! Good job to the worker that had to break the unfortunate news to her. Such a prissy entitled snob..

We arrived to Rush Syracuse at about 5pm and purchased 7 , 3 hour unlimited passes so my daughter and her friends could celebrate her birthday. We ordered 2 pizzas, a pitcher, and 2 garlic breads at about 6pm. At about 730, Frances the "manager" starts clearing our table as we are standing only a few feet away at the mini golf course. As she threw the last of it away we asked why she cleared it, she said there were multiple signs posted staying only an hour limit and due to there being multiple guests' in the building she had to clear it There were 2 signs posted that were semi blocked by a huge video game attraction . ( photos attached) and there were NOT multiple people in here. When u have multiple kids under the age of 12 and a toddler a 5x7 sign is NOT going to be noticed. The fact that she saw us at the entrance , just a few feet from the table and did not give us the courtesy to do anything about the uncleared food is absolutely absurd. I've attached photos of everything. Your " manager" who had absolutely no customer service etiquette and was extremely condescending and rude was ZERO HELP. This is who you have running the place? Children? This is absolutely ridiculous, over $400 dollars was spent in total at your establishment and this is how customers are treated. Insane! Management should MANAGE AND OFFER SOLUTIONS, NOT HAND ME A CARD TELLING ME WHERE I CAN EMAIL CORPORATE!!! YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS BEING RAN INTO THE GROUND BY KIDS LIKE FRANCES WHO HAS ZERO TRAINING ON PROPER MANAGEMENT SKILLS!
