WHAT A NICE CHANGE!!!! We used to come here all the time but we ended up canceling our yearly memberships that we have had for 2 years because to be honest the place got really, really run down it was dirty all of the time. Customer service was horrible and it just wasn't worth it anymore but we decided to give it a try tonight because we haven't been here in so long and I could not believe how different the place was. It was spotless clean and the new manager is an absolute gem we are definitely going to renew our memberships and start having the birthday parties here again. LOVE THE NEW TEAM!!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GREAT TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY WITH A FRIENDLY STAFF AND CLEAN ATMOSPHERE

Really hot in the birthday rooms and all areas - open windows or AC would be awesome! Food area needs a big renovation.. food and decor-would be nice to have more options. Not a lot of employee supervision. All the employees we encountered were very nice and helpful. All around a fun place to take the kiddos to let out a lot of energy.

This place is great for the whole family! There is a couple basketball hoops as well for those serious ballers. I was very impressed with how clean it was. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. There is plenty of room so it didn't feel crowded and there is even some stuff for the adults as well. The sky coaster thing is really cool as you can see your kids fly by! We will definitely be coming back here. There is a small food court and restrooms as well.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The first time we came it was decent and so we signed up for a pass. Every visit since has been progressively worse. It’s beyond filthy. Unfortunately we are stuck in a contract for a pass when it is no where close to what it was when we signed up. We came after school when it opened today and it was dirty still from the day before. The employee all gathered in the back room on their phones. Will be reporting them to the health dept. in addition my kids have reported employees making out around the facility.

I took my kids for the first time and they had an absolute blast! I didn't know exactly what to expect but it did not disappoint. The girls at the counter were so patient and sweet. Our cashier was great with my kids. The only thing i would have liked better is a slightly larger menu selection at the cafe and at least one more employee. The poor guy seemed overwhelmed but handled it well. I'll bring the kids back and play with them too!
