Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The place was steaming hot. I don't know the reasons, but it got to the point that it was so warm, that I got dizzy. The air conditioner was not on. Also, some of the games were not working. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The place has potential for the kids to have fun, but without the air conditioner working properly, I'm sorry, but we are planning on never going back.

I’ll give it a 2 star only because my kids love urban air. Only thing I dislike is the employees, they can be rude to the kids. I had to confront one for yelling at my 5 yo, he is autistic and all he wanted to do was go down the slide and there was some employees that did let him and when it was rotation time one of the girls blocked the way to stop him from going thru. But other than that, if my kids get disrespected, I automatically stop going.

First time I've ever been here and it was a great experience such friendly staff. I went early in the morning at 11:00 a.m. and that was a great time to go for my son that has autism he had a great time it was not too loud or too many people. My other son had a great time as well he thoroughly enjoyed himself. I would recommend this place to anybody if you haven't been here before it's amazing lots of activities and good food and snacks to buy including beer. This experience has made me decide to have my children's birthday parties here they have great packages. Even if you're not looking for a party you can look at the package for daily or you can look at for monthly and the pricing is all very good.

Horrible service lady at the snack bar moves as she don't want to be there to work. She has no sense of urgency. One never checked for customers waiting in line with no employee in sight. Walked around the urban air just to get management to order something. While placing order girl with a I don't want to work attitude. Never coming back here.

Hadn't been here in several years and place looks a little run down. It could definitely use some TLC. Kids had fun which is a given. We sat near the cafe for at least three hours while the kids played. During this time, half of the tables had not been cleared and there was food, plates, napkins etc on them. It is a shame since several employees walked right by the tables needing attention. Not sure if he was a manager, but a guy with spiky hair walked by the dirty tables multiple times without cleaning or sending someone to clean them too. Pizza was good but as the other reviewer said, wings are kid sized but flavorful. Restrooms were clean. The place has a lot of potential just like when it opened but could definitely use some attention.
