Xtreme Jump San Benito

We had a birthday party here and it was the most disorganized jump/party establishment I've ever been to as a guest or host. The manager (bald head, didn't get his name) was incredibly rude and checked us in to the wrong party and then charged another one of our guests for socks and admission fee. No apology given. Our party host was sweet, but not helpful. She was never around when we needed something and would come over when we had already taken care of what was needed. At the end of the party time (which we were given no 30min notice for as is the case at any other establishment we've been to), the attendant inside the trampoline area grabbed 2 of the children and ripped their bracelets off. I understand if their time is up and they need to leave, but if they are not listening they need to go find the parents. You do NOT put your hands on a child. especially roughly as they relayed to us. One employee was excellent and got everything straightened out every time there was a mix-up. I don't recall her name but I believe it was Gina or something close to it. Colored eyes working the register. We will never be back and would not recommend Xtreme Jump in San Benito to anyone for their parties.

Came early and everything including the restrooms were clean. Has a lot of jumping options and has a lot of arcade games. By far the best location!

I do have to say, I was a bit skeptical about the place with the mix reviews but it turned out great for our first time with my son’s birthday celebration (walk in/diy party). It’s definitely worth looking into being that the trampolines are close to the tables even viewing from afar which I liked a lot. Food and drinks were good. Staff helped and went out of their way to get what was needed. Really much appreciated! Have yet to check out their other attractions. Would come back again!

Do not waste your time and money on the arcade. The majority of the games don’t work or absolutely dirty. The skate ring has “ craters”on it and trash and candy wrappers so is not very safe. Now for the jumping area I think is a ok place to entertain kids.

Just came home from being at this terrible money hungry place. This is the most disorganized place. They brought cold pizzas and gave a hard time to get the bands. And a lady in the front was giving attitude and they want to charge more for the wristbands when Individuals are 11.. they wanted to charge 17. They need to stop hovering over everyone. They watch you like they don't have a job to do. couldn't even enjoy the time we had. They took so long by the time the kids went inside to play we had to leave and they kept telling the kids to leave. How do you want them to leave when you guys took forever to get the bands. Ridiculous. A whole new staff needs to be hired. This place charges you stuff that you don't even know about. 2L drinks being sold like are you serious but if we try bringing our own they will charge a big fee. Money hungry cheap place. Place needs to be shut down with their greediness. The restroom reaked of pee and were dirty. Hopefully management sees this and fires each one of them.
