Xtreme Jump Harlingen

We had a great time visiting Xtreme Jump. The facility was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a couple of areas for smaller children. We recommend Xtreme Jump.

Cool place. My family goes here a lot but a lot of the equipment is really worn down and cheap. I love to roller skate but the skating rink they have absolutely sucks. They have so many holes and dips in the rink it’s impossible to skate on it. They patched up a few holes but made it worse because now there’s huge bumps in the rink that are still making people fall. I’ve ate the concrete like 6 times because of them.

I purchased an online ticket for 10AM and when we arrived there was a paper sign outside saying they changed their hours and were closed until 4PM. We were only visiting and had to come back home so I reached out to the establishment and asked for a refund. I also called the phone number listed and it was not working. I received an email back from Francis T. saying they did not issue refunds and we could go at another time. I emailed them back and told them we did not live there and she accused me of lying saying I used a local website to purchase tickets. It made no sense. I contacted my back and they were able to issue me a refund but its unfortunate that establishments can be so dishonest and downright criminal. Update to your response- you only refunded me after I contacted my bank and they disputed the charge. Your "strict no refund policy" should not apply to your business allowing the customer to purchase a time slot when you are not even open. I tried to handle this cordially and was denied and blown off. I have pictures of the emails and can post them if need be. Next time do better and do not try to cheat honest people, that is all I am asking.

Just had a birthday party for my daughter on the 26th, and she loved it! The host was informative and very attentive. Pizzas arrived in a timely manner! They allowed me to set up a table to decorate. The only thing I wish was available is ice for the drinks, as the drinks were not the coldest. But overall, great experience and will definitely come here again!

Went here for my son’s birthday because I love that they have a toddler area. Don’t waste your time if you want to the kids to enjoy themselves. We went at 6pm and paid for 2hr jump to be told our jump time will be cut off at 7:30pm because they need to clean. Also, when we wanted to order additional pizzas they said we couldn’t order for another hour which would be near closing time. As a result, a lot of family members did not eat. It was a waste of time and sadly I will not be going here again.
