Escape Game Experience

Had a great time tonight with my brother! We did the Elm Street experience. Was extremely fun and challenging. We made it with one minute to spare. We did Story Mode, not Challenge Mode. Will be back again soon I hope! The employees were also fantastic. Really made the experience in my opinion! Extremely personable and helpful. Never impatient with us if called. I'm a huge horror movie fan, so hopefully can do the Camp Counselor experience next time!

Worst escape room I’ve been to. The staff “makes up” their own games and make them next to impossible to solve. The ratio (as advertised) with “unlimited” clues is only a 30% solve rate, and with no clues 0% of people have won. They left answers from the previous team in our room as if they did no prep work. They weren’t watching the cameras and therefor missed certain cues to do things in the room that would keep the game going leaving us standing there without knowing what to do next. Unsure what the draw is to come back if everyone leaves there frustrated as only 30% of people win.

Been here a few times and the rooms are always fun and challenging. Today we went and did not get our full hour in the room as promised. We were told our time would start when the man in the top hat left the room. You aren't allowed to have phones or watches, but I know what time we put our stuff in the locker. From there they have you all stand in the hallway to go over a few things and chit chat about a team name before letting you into the room where he goes over a few other rules, then exits. I estimate they robbed us of about 10 minutes. When you're told you will have 1 hour to complete the room, I believe you should get the full hour. He told us we were about 87% of the way through, so that 10 minutes could've resulted in us finishing. I truly believe they didn't want us to solve the room and did this intentionally. Just be warned.

Oh my goshhhh. This is a must game. !! My children and I LOVE Harry Potter. I surprised my daughter and took her to this break out game. We had more fun trying to get out than I care to tell you. The staff are super and fun. There are so many locks !!!! I won't spoil the experience of the room, but I strongly suggest a gamer go with you. Lol. Thank you to all.

Played the Harry Potter room and had tons of fun. The owner was really nice and clearly loves and cares about his job, and puts a lot of work into making the rooms challenging and atmospheric. He also told us about his ideas for future rooms, and I definitely plan on going back as soon as they're up!
