Trapped Toledo

The girl in the room literally told us everything and wouldn’t let us even think for ourselves. So 30 minutes into it and she had told us everything and we solved it. Not exactly super fun.

Highly recommend. We did the camper/Bigfoot room as a family with our two kids and their grandparents. Everyone had a blast. It's a really nice touch to have a guide in the room helping to clear away solved puzzles and the room itself was cleverly designed. 10/10

Very meh for an escape room. We overall had fun but this was the worst run place I’ve been to. We drove down from Ann Arbor to meet friends here and got stuck in traffic with a highway accident and were 10 minutes late. They were super nasty about this and gave us an inappropriate amount of attitude. We were told that there was another group behind us so they started the clock taking 15 minutes off our time. After it was done we went to the ice cream place next door for an hour and no one was behind us so we were lied to, very disappointing for the amount of money spent. I understand we were late and that’s not the business’s fault but still have some grace and customer service. Additionally the game “Buried” was not the best run, the staff member helping us seemed bored out of her mind and was giving the bare minimum of hints even though we asked for extra help do to our shortage of time. There are much better run escape rooms out there.

My group did the "Mutated" room. The actors were fantastic. Having actors in the room made this escape room experience different than others I had done. I definitely want to go back and try one of their other rooms.

Went to Trapped with our group of seven adults! They have 3 levels (easy, medium, and hard) with different themes for each. We chose easy and had such an exciting time figuring out the clues. It was a very unique experience since the rooms came with actors/actor to help us through the rooms. The facility is admittedly smaller, but very clean, inclusive, and the staff is friendly and excited to answer any questions you may have. Overall, we loved it!!
