Sky Zone Trampoline Park

It was a lot of fun. Good for any age, toddler and up. I had a couple small complaints, mainly that we left in the evening and the parking lot was super dark. It was like 7:30pm and the lights on the outside of the building were not on and it felt like an unsafe setting for a place where families are going to be with their little ones. IDK if they forgot to turn them on, or if there's a problem with them, but it seems like a pretty serious issue.

My wife , myself and our ten kids were having a good time. Our ten year old , twelve year old and the twins (16). Got yelled at aggressively by a man for jumping around playing tag in a kids trampoline area too close to the man and his 12 year old boy. If you need to coddle your child and protect him as you felt, you should have kept him in the 5 and under trampoline area. The manager took his side even though we had several other children backing up the fact this grown man scared our kids. I got threatening remarks from manager that they would walk my kids out if they didn't calm down. Mind you, this is a trampoline park for kids. they are on spring break. All (A) students. We had issues with no others. So when he was confronted by my wife he could say nothing and the poor girl in charge of area took a little backlash. That was her area to maintain. If children are out of line ,they are the ones to settle things. However, that was not the case and my trip cost us 600. I will never let some grown stranger aggressively yell at my kids.

If I could give a 1 star review I would. I payed over $500 yesterday to spend the whole day with my kids and was only there 2 hours and left. My kids were playing tag with some other kids and an adult yelled at my 10 year old because she was too close to him and his son. So my kids and other told me a worker and the man yelled at them. So me being a mother I confronted them. The man denied anything. The worker said it was teenagers who she said something to and my daughter is 10. So about 15 min go by and I believe a manager or supervisor came up to me. She was rude. And said she watched the video and the guy never yelled at my daughter. There were other kids there that we didn't even know that said my kids didn't do anything. Then when my 10 year old daughter tried to speak up for herself to the supervisor or whoever she was she was so disgustingly rude with what she said. And she made a comment about shes seen my kids running around being roudy. I mean what are kids supposed to be doing!And let's not mention how they let their trash overflow all over the floors because they are too lazy to change the trash cans or clean any tables and the bathrooms are so disgusting. I will never come back here again!

Not sure why on a Sunday they would have one person working the front counter... it took forever to get checked in. Apparently you want to book online because everyone that did, got to get in front of everyone that was waiting already... it went so slow, that more and more people would come in for online and we had to wait even longer... When I asked if there was someone else that could help the girl upfront scolded me and told me that she was the only person and there were 2 managers but they were busy... it took us 25 min to get checked in... I'm only here for my nieces birthday gathering. This is why I have a membership at urban air! So much better than this place... Will never come back unless absolutely necessary...
