Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Urban Air is an awesome place to take the kids for a day of fun and adventure. From the moment we walked in, the energy and excitement were clear. The prices are very reasonable for everything they offer, especially considering how much the kids get to enjoy. There are so many activities to choose from, and my kids had a blast exploring everything. Their favorite attractions were definitely the Tubes Playground and the Sky Rider. They went on the Sky Rider multiple times and could not stop talking about how cool it was. The Tubes Playground gave them a chance to climb, crawl, and explore while getting all their energy out. The ball pit and climbing area were also huge hits. They spent so much time there laughing, playing, and making new friends. I really appreciated that the whole space felt safe and well-organized. The staff was friendly and kept things running smoothly. It is a perfect place for kids to burn off energy while having a great time. We will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend it to any parent looking for a fun place to take their children. Urban Air is a great experience for the whole family.

Urban Air Trampoline Park in Toledo is hands-down one of my son’s favorite spots! Whether he’s there solo or with friends, he always has an amazing time. We’ve celebrated birthday parties here and stopped in just for some weekend fun—it never disappoints. Yes, it can get a little crowded at times, but that doesn’t stop the fun. My son loves zip-lining, rock climbing, and racing on the go-karts. There’s so much to do, and the excitement is nonstop! Their party rooms are well thought out, and the setup makes hosting events a breeze. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable for all the activities and memories you get in return. If I can find pictures from our last party here, I’ll update this review to show just how much fun we had! Urban Air is definitely a go-to for family fun in Toledo. 🎉🎈 Note: I would’ve given this a full five stars, but sometimes other children can be a bit unruly, which can take away from the fun for kids who are well-behaved. I wish more parents would actively monitor their children in places like this, especially if there have been past behavioral issues.

Pretty disappointed with the whole visit. First off I paid $98 for two kids and one adult. The whole place smells so bad. Between sweaty people and lord known what else!! The bathrooms were dirty, the pizza (8 pieces for $17) was chewy and rubbery, the staff was incredibly RUDE. The climbing wall took 30+ minutes between getting a harness on and actually getting on the wall. Our kids were pretty disappointed. I highly suggest Sky Zone over this place. Yikes!!!

Overall good place to bring your kids. Workers were pleasant overall but some weren't even monitoring the kids. There were alot of unruly kids here tonight. Kids mouthing off to adults, cutting in line and not following the rules at Urban Air. I don't want to say that this is what our youth has come to but it's showing. Massage chairs for the parents to use. We didn't eat here but did see many. There were a few parties that were going on. All parents were pleasant that I came across

Better for bigger kids. Too expensive. A staff member got into a heated argument with a customer at the snack bat and she even started to become aggressive! That was unprofessional.
