Went here with a group of 8 for me and my girlfriends birthdays and tried their hyde and seek room. We had a great time and it was a very entertaining theme for the room! We were able to complete the room and had a blast figuring out all the puzzles. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good challenge!

I took my kids and I here after dinner. Overall a fun escape room if we were given the time to use it. I called in for a time per the website recommendations. The game master asked that I show up 15 minutes later than the time as she was running behind and wanted to give the group before time to finish. I arrived at 8:15 to sign waivers and pay. The other group finished at 8:30. She let us in the room at 8:40. At 9:15 she told us our time was up. This was very disappointing to not have a full hour of play. We also couldn’t find the items needed to finish the escape. I feel she rushed the reset as she couldn’t find them either and then told us she had another group waiting. My family loves escape rooms and things happen, but I do feel cheated by only getting 35 minutes of active time in the room.

I tried to call the business phone number to clarify the times shown for Sunday. The official website says two opening times for Sunday 11 am and 2 pm. The Google listing doesn't match the Saturday and Sunday start times, which says that it opens at 12. When I called the business number listed here, I heard a recording that spam calls will be reported. I was calling from my private cell phone. I have no way to confirm the hours. I bought tickets for this via groupon and simply needed clarification. I still plan to go, I know anything connected to Castle of Chaos is amazing. Please update your website and your Google business listing with accurate hours and a reliable phone number.

We were unfortunately disappointed by our experience at this escape room. Having completed over 20 escape rooms, we’re familiar with the typical challenges, but this one fell short in several key areas. To start, the room was very dimly lit, with only one flashlight for our group, which made finding clues and navigating the space unnecessarily difficult. The rule that clues weren’t available until 15 minutes in was unusual but something we could have overlooked if the rest of the experience had been smoother. Once we received our first clue, we made some progress, but we soon encountered several issues. For example, there was a puzzle involving a book hidden inside a buffet table. We thought we needed to use a magnet, which didn’t work, so we ended up maneuvering the book out manually. Then, when we tried to open a safe with the correct combination, it wouldn’t unlock. After repeatedly asking for guidance, the game master finally came to assist us, though she seemed frustrated and reluctant to help. Even she couldn’t open it on the first try and had to use a master code to override it. Despite the technical glitch costing us time, no extra time was offered to make up for it. Other details added to our frustration: after solving one puzzle, we were unaware that we had to pull open a closet to trigger a secret door, as there was no clear indication. The room was cluttered with random items that looked like clues but were irrelevant, causing confusion. Additionally, noise from other rooms and upstairs was distracting, taking us out of the experience. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Our expectations were not met, and the lack of support and professionalism from our game master highlighted a need for more training. We hope the escape room improves in these areas for future players.

We did the 451 room and it had big problems. Several things were broken and did not work. A black light was supposed to come on when you solved a puzzle but it was already on. Had a fog machine sitting on a desk and it spilled some sort of oil on me. I really believe they should have offered a discount. The room needs to be discontinued as it's problems defeat the purpose. The staff was great. I feel bad for them trying to make it work. This was bad.
