Get Air Trampoline Park

I have been here several times for grandkids parties. The staff is friendly and helpful and the kids have a great time! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because it needs to be cleaned everywhere but especially the bathrooms! We got there at 8am and the women's bathroom was filthy! It definitely had not been cleaned from the day before and definitely not a good job done ever.

Although a super fun atmosphere for children, I found the place to be quite concerning in regards to cleanliness and safety. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and it was clear by the staff’s lack of care (I watched one girl staff member look directly at a piece of gum on floor and not pick it up) that the upkeep that’s needed isn’t happening. It’s definitely time for an upgrade…the duct tape says it all.

This place is great! My kids (5&7) can do just about everything there is, and even when it’s “busy” it’s not too crowded. Customer service was great. The first time we can we bought “jump time online” and when we got there we were told that because of our kids height, it would be cheaper to buy “toddler time” which still let them use the whole place AND we got to jump free. Our prepaid jump time we saved for another trip, and used it when they got taller. Great place and fun for all ages. I’m 37 and I had a blast.

The venue is great if you’re jumping. But if you’re just hanging out letting your kids jump, there’s no cell service inside and their WiFi is unusable. My kids love coming here, but I loathe bringing them because it’s like descending into a black hole of connectivity and I cannot get even basic tasks done while my kids play.

Summary: Great place to get active. No snack bar. Might wait in line to get in. Reserve birthday parties in advance, large groups are difficult to accommodate. State college has been anticipating the opening of this trampoline park for about 2 years now. Some of us had given up hope that they would ever open, but here it is and I hope it survives. Aside from the growing pains of the unexpected demand on a rainy Saturday after their soft open, the facilities are almost perfect. The play area itself is super. There's a ninja like obstacle course, dodgeball area, lots of trampolines Etc. The only problem is the lack of a snack bar. They offered catered parties with delivered pizza and a vending machine area, but if you're planning on staying for quite a while with your kids there's no real way to feed them. I suppose they're catering to the 'drop in and play and go home' market, but State College is sorely lacking in active indoor play activities like this. And the snack bar issue may just be my own opinion. There's dozens of parents and grandparents sitting around on the padded benches watching their children jump, and easily a hundred children getting their move on, and we did show up on a crowded Saturday with about 10 kids (our outdoor party activity was rained out) and were accommodated as best as possible. So really, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if you don't care about a snack bar.
