Cleanliness is a significant issue, with reports of dirty bathrooms, a messy entrance area, and a "disgusting" foam pit. The foam pit is described as having "old and dirty" foam that sheds crumbs, indicating a lack of maintenance.

Organization and service during birthday parties are also heavily criticized. Customers have reported delays in room assignments, unclean party rooms, late pizza, and missing items, leading to a "horrific" experience. One customer described the place as a "filthy pigsty."

The lack of a designated toddler area is another concern, with parents struggling to protect their young children from older, unsupervised kids.

I recommend calling in if you have a long drive. I drove pretty far just to find out it was so extremely packed for a party that there wasn’t even any parking left. Heck, people were parked along the entrance. I came back later that day because my kids really wanted to go. Immediately inside, where you take off your shoes, was a mess. The rack that was there for shoes said it was reserved. The only place to leave shoes was under the bench or on the reserved rack. Later found out the foam pit is absolutely disgusting… the foam was so old and dirty it needs replaced badly!! It was shedding off little crumbs all over everyone. There was no designated area for toddlers. So I struggled to keep the big kids from jumping my child all over the place if their parents weren’t watching them. The bathrooms were gross. 2 stars because my older child did have fun. But man the place could use a serious cleaning! Also it would be nice if there was a water fountain for the kids to use.

we were there for my grandsons birthday party. it was horrific from the moment we got there until we left. it was so packed and dirty trash overflowed bathrooms were dirty didn't get a room until 50 minutes before the party was over and it wasn't clean the pizza was 15 minutes late the kids didn't even get their stuff the parents had to go ask and to top it off the birthday boy didn't get a shirt I had to go in and get it when everyone was in the car we spent almost 400 doollars and it was the worse experience we ever had especially for that much money. this place was a filthy pigsty

Went here with my best friend and our 4 kids for the first time. Highly recommend even as an adult I loved it. It is pricey but worth the memories. I do recommend getting the monthly pass as it's cheaper than the daily. Less weekend time to jump but during the week it's unlimited.

Wow! Such a cool place for ALL ages! Had a 1 and 3 year old that played everywhere. Other kids were friendly and accommodating! Made tons of friends and as a parent got and "observer" pass so able to tag along with them. Staff was super helpful and kind. Great place to burn some energy. Tons of space for parties or large groups. Basic membership pays for itself with just going a second time! 2 hour jump time for a whole month.

Went on a Saturday about 630pm! Absolute chaos and madhouse!! The place so was filthy. Garbage overflowing, bathroom was a mess, stuff all over the floor like it hadn't been swept ALL DAY. Didn't see a single person cleaning up . Not enough team members to ensure safety of the kids while jumping. There was ONLY 1 guy up there but didn't say anything to anyone just stood there and walked around. No one helping out on the Zipline or rope swing. Kids running lik wild animals! Almost ran my lil ones over several times! No toddler area so my 2 year old had to jump near the bigger kids and adults! Which made me very nervous. Maybe definitely limit the number of people in during certain days and hours to ensure the safety of smaller kids. Definitely will not be back! Altitude in Butler was so much better especially for smaller children! Less crowd and tons of workers to watch the jumpers.
