Was not impressed with this place. This. Not a family cost effective place. This place is definitely made for older kids not toddlers. Although the kids had fun the website made it seem bigger than it really is but staff was nice and the place was very clean I saw staff cleaning constantly.

This establishment is wonderful. We took a small group of children here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of staff to help and answer any questions. Steve, the General Manager, is wonderful! He made himself available and made sure that all the children were having a good time. It’s very clean and staff are constantly disinfecting and wiping everything. Despite it being crowded, there was minimal wait times for each activity. The activities are fun and the group of girls we took had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this for all types of events, celebrations, or just an afternoon out. We’ll be going back again!

Went with my sons, did adventures and arcade- didn’t buy food You are Definitely gonna drop some coin here. Staff and facility were great Safety is top notch Arcade games are a little “tight” high credits and short play times Note: if you buy a package and don’t use the credits, save your card for another visit Summary If you got school age kids and want to spend an hour or two here, not bad. Just be ready to drop ~ $75 per kid

Absolutely Appalling Experience - Avoid at All Costs I recently visited Xtreme Play Adrenaline Park in Danbury, CT, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I arrived with my elderly, physically disabled mother, only to find that the building had no visible signage for an ADA-compliant entrance. The only ramp available led to a locked second-floor exterior door, leaving us no choice but to carefully navigate the steps to the front entrance. This was an incredibly risky situation--my mother nearly fell climbing those steps. If she had been injured, the consequences could have been devastating. When I reached the front desk, I spoke with the assistant manager to share what had just happened. Instead of showing any concern for my mother's well-being, he was immediately argumentative and belligerent. He didn't even ask if she was okay. Expecting a more professional response, I asked to speak to the general manager. Unfortunately, this interaction was even worse. While the GM initially checked on my mother, the conversation quickly took a turn for the worse. I expressed my concerns about the lack of ADA-compliant signage and the assistant manager's behavior. Instead of addressing these serious issues, the GM informed me that he was a former law enforcement officer (completely irrelevant) and then proceeded to dismiss my request to be checked in by someone other than the assistant manager. When I asked if he would at least oversee his employee's behavior, he escalated the situation further and told me to leave the premises. To make matters worse, he followed my mother, children, and me out of the building while making insulting and nasty comments--all in front of my kids and other guests. This was beyond unprofessional--it was outright hostile. The lack of ADA compliance, the dangerous conditions for disabled individuals, and the appalling behavior of the staff (particularly the management) are unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering this business to think twice, especially if you are traveling with elderly or disabled family members. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment.

Went for my nephews bday party. My family did laser tag & arcade. The arcade has a nice variety of games, however the amount of tickets it costs to play each game is excessive compared to similar places. Also the amount of tickets awarded at each machine is also minimum compared to other similar venues. My kiddo played for 30+ minutes, & only was awarded 104 tickets .. she could only afford a single starburst candy. It would have been cheaper to buy a pack at the store. There's a smaller arcade + ice rink near where I live. We played 30+ mins 2 weeks ago, she won 1380 tickets, it was enough to get her a 2ft lemur stuffed toy. Same amount of $ was loaded onto each play card. The laser tag was nice. The system worked well. However there was a strong smell of body odor in the staging room. They had a great room for it, all be it a little small. --- Also there's no clear signs for the restrooms. -- It's a great venue for a party, although the arcade value is not really there.
