Our students really enjoyed the establishment. The staff was absolutely amazing. They even teamed up with the teachers and helped entertained the students. They are on point with the services and all of the equipment was great. We also LOVED THEIR HOT PIZZA. We will be back next year FOR SURE! Thank you for an amazing experience.

My gf and I visited today and it was unfortunately a really disappointing visit. We paid about $90 for two 1.5hr bracelets for unlimited outdoor attractions and an arcade card and we quickly found out why it was so cheap. I’ll just list all the problems with our visit and let people decide if they still want to go. 1. The batting cage was closed which is 1 of the 3 outdoor attractions but they don’t tell you that upfront. 2. There were only 5 karts functional and it was packed - all of the 2 person karts intended for adults to drive their kids around were out of service so they were turning away tons of kids. One of the karts broke down multiple times. 3. The building WREAKED of old old frying oil, its smelled like restaurants kitchen mats throughout the entire building. I threw up after being in there five minutes, I should’ve just left after that but we didn’t. It also smells like weed in there but that’s not really their fault. 4. They have tons of employees but you will somehow just stand around waiting for someone to help you do anything. 5. Their soda machine must never get cleaned, our fountain drinks were so gross that we threw them away after one sip and they cost $9 for two. 6. I’d say 1/3 of their arcade games were faulty in some way. 7. The mini golf coarse is super neglected, it is covered in water features and every single one of them looks radioactive. 8. Some kids were running around stealing games from people after they’d swipe their cards… also not their fault but the place is crawling with unruly, unsupervised kids. We went to go tell the mom but she was wearing a bra as a shirt so we didn’t really feel like it would go anywhere positive. 9. The “hour and a half” unlimited bracelet actually times out at one hour. We checked our receipt to be sure. 10. It’s is just generally dirty in there. We sat in a shooting game and a whole, stale pizza was inside of it. You will celebrate here but it will be when you’re leaving and you will want to cover your entire body in hand sanitizer.

LOVED the staff! They did an absolutely fantastic job on making sure I and my children got the most of our experience! The young lady with the glasses was training the young girl in the green and she was very calm and took her time. Overall loved everything and will definitely recommend and come back!

Myisha, was gracious, kind, and very courteous. She took the time to explain to us how to negotiate the park. Its good to know there are respectable people still existing in customer support. Loved the experience and because of her actions we will definitely be back. Thank you ma'am.

Absolutely no one there when I took my grandson. No customers at 5:00 pm. It was reminiscent of Five Nights at Freddy’s. I paid $15.00 to ride the family go kart alone the young lady behind the counter didn’t help the situation. This used to be a pretty good place to have fun and create memories. The only plus side was the kind demeanor of the young man operating the go karts and the smile on my grandson’s face, otherwise I would have opted for another place to spend my money and quality time.
