Sky Zone Trampoline Park

It’s really sad that I would prefer to drive 20 plus minutes to a trampoline park in denham springs or Gonzales than to go down the street. I’ve taken my daughter here multiple times with hopes that they will fix some of the hazards and nope. Except most recently they got some air fresheners to distract from the horrible smell. I rarely post reviews but as I understand there are risks at all trampoline parks, this place has exposed wood, springs, mats come loose often, exposed nails, etc. the one positive thing is that they have nice staff and it is not their fault management/owners do not care about safety. Save your money and drive to a surrounding city for your kids. Kids of Baton Rouge deserve better.

Went here yesterday with my niece, her parents, and my boyfriend. My hair got stuck on loose velcro and it took an hour to get it out. i was stuck halfway to the ground and we had to rip the rest of the velcro off bc it was already coming off and i was stuck. we had around 7 people + workers watching and trying to help, we had to use almost an entire bottle of lotion and vape oil bc it was the only oil around. when we finally got it out an hour later, my dad wanted the managers infortmation but the worker went around it and barely gave us any information. another worker behind the cash register was whispering and laughing to the girl giving us information and taking ours, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! she walked away from the cash register while she had an entire line of costumers to go and talk about us. we asked for her name and no one gave it. i walked out of sky zone with my hair completely tangled and i was not happy with this. once i got home it took an hour+ to get all the knots out of my hair, it took so many products and ruined my night. i lost chunks of my hair trying to brush out the knots. it ruined my time and my boyfriends time and they only refunded me half of the money i paid for even though it ruined both me and my boyfriends time. there’s no reason ur equipment should be loose and do this to someone, luckily it was me and not a little kid because if it was it’d be 10x worse. not to mention, how dirty yalls place is. the trash behind the cash register all on the floor is embarrassing and yall are standing working in it. the blood on the girls restroom floor is disgusting. the trash all around the place is disgusting. the worker at the cash register was extremely slow and clearly not focused and we waited to get a drink for around 20 minutes bc it was hot and we were dehydrated, she took so long and helped everyone else but us and after 20 minutes of waiting to buy a drink we walked away and put it back because there’s no reason this cashier should be doing so bad at her job. Skyzone do better, DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.

I scheduled a party of 10 birthday package. We ordered a total of 4 pizzas. Not only were they late. But the pizzas were very dry and old. Asked for a manager the manager said he was from Alabama. It wasn’t much he could do. I called and left a message to call me the manager the following Monday. Still no reply from anyone. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The staff that were working the night of 10/24/24 for Boo-Bash are ALL amazing and should be commended for their professionalism, keeping the kids entertained and providing fun time for all the attendees. They had contests that required kids to be athletic and etc and obviously the most skilled and older kids won but the staff made sure to provide consolation prizes to all kids small and all. And they were super friendly and helpful. Even a girl who was on her 1st day at work answered all my questions and when one of my daughters rolled her ankle by accident she gave us an ice pack right away. Cannot stress how amazing they all are.
