Nay and Seth were the hosts of my son's birthday party and they were so attentive and helpful. They were the absolute best and the kids had a blast! I would totally recommend having a party at Surge.

I had a really great time on last night. After being bossed around by a 1 year old I was ready for a drink and I must say VERY GOOD! John S. The bartender did a very good job. I usually don’t finish a drink because they never taste good. Needless to say I had 3-4 of the swamp water and he made them all perfectly. Thanks again John! Hope to see you again

Today, we visited this video game bar-restaurant with my family. We ordered the bacon cheese fries, which were disappointing: they were large but only had a single strip of bacon. We also ordered two kids’ meals with fried catfish, but the fish was extremely greasy and had a strong oily taste, which made it difficult for my kids to eat more than a few bites. It’s surprising that on a Saturday at 5 pm, with less than 50% occupancy, the food quality was so poor. I can’t imagine how it would be when the place is full. We will return to play, but for the health of my family and my money… we will choose any of the nearby restaurants before eating at Surge Entertainment again.

The manager Troy was simply amazing! I called earlier in the day to discuss my large party that was coming in on short notice and he was more than willing to accommodate us. Troy did not disappoint! Delivered and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend this place for all your party/gathering needs. Everything waa spot on!

I visited Surge with my nephews while on Thanksgiving break and they had so much fun. The team lead Troy was so amazing. He took his time to explain the simulation and the laser tag. He checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed assistance or if we were ok. The atmosphere and customer service were great. We will be back!!!
